Roving Puppets Is an interactive display presented by 'Ranger Ros', where audience members get to pat, hug and feed a variety of animal puppets, whilst learning about nature. This is a great show for any occasion as the puppeteer can freely mingle with a crowd or remain in a designated location. Audience members are also welcome to have their photos taken with the puppets. Price: AU$100.00 per hour. A deposit of $10 is payable at time of booking to secure the performance date. The deposit will be refunded if the performance is cancelled by the performer (for example: due to illness or injury). Ranger Ros' World Tour Ranger Ros takes children on an entertaining tour, meeting cute & cuddly, interesting & exotic animals (puppets) from around the world. Along the way, children learn about their habitats, food and special features, and an appreciation for wildlife. Price: AU$120.00 for a 30-45 minute performance. A group photo (eg. Class Photo), with a favourite animal from the show, is certainly welcome, along with a question & answer session. |

Story Time Storyteller Ros loves to read stories to children, but when you add puppets, props, costumes and a little magic, stories come to life. Children are asked to participate in re-enacting the story as it is being read, by operating puppets, making sound effects and working with props. Price: AU$150.00 for a 40-50 minute performance. Shadow Puppet Shows A form of story telling, featuring dark characters lurking in the shadows! Just kidding. Shadow puppets are an ancient form of puppetry, popular in Asia. Let Ros' shadowy puppets, take you on entertaining and 'enlightening' adventures. Shadow Puppet Shows also include a meet & greet with hand puppets, such as Yinglong the Dragon. Price: AU$150.00 for a 30-35 minute performance. A deposit of $10 is payable at time of booking to secure the performance date. Stage Shows Performed on a portable puppet stage in Punch and Judy style, these shows are great for birthday parties, playgroups or kindergartens. Choose from a variation of the classic fairytale 'The Frog Prince' or a talent show featuring colourful characters in 'Mackay's Got Talent'. Shows can be customised to include the birthday celebrant in the performance. What to expect on the day: - The Wild Puppets performer will arrive 45 minutes before the show, for set up of the stage, props, sound equipment and puppets. - Duration time of stage performances range from 15-30 minute shows. - Meet & greet with the puppets after the show. Audience members can get photos with their favourite characters or include a Roving Puppet display (as per above), for approximately 15-20 minutes. - Puppeteers will then pack up stage and equipment. Price: AU$250 per single puppeteer performance. Larger shows will be quoted accordingly. A deposit of $50 is payable at time of booking to secure the performance date. The deposit will be refunded if the performance is cancelled by the performer (for example: due to illness or injury).
